Review Of Santa Maria Near Indiranagar Metro Station

I am requesting people's , please don't go and stay in this hotel. I had a terrible experience yesterday. Room, hyegien: Full of cockroach , Bad smell throughout hotel and room, No Lights inside bathroom, bathroom looks like public toilet and not clean properly, Bed : Bed have full of insects , they used some bright colour, so dust all available but you cant see. Main door : In poor condition if you hit it's open easily, no proper lock. Parking : No proper parking slot, you need to park outside of road. Overall - Worst Hotel ever seen in my life.

It was a great experience and the staff were really good and the service was excellent it was an amazing experience

The hotel which i booked we didn't stay there only. They asked for extra amount and the people were not responsible and it was not good. I may need a refund of the amount

When i was reach the santa maria for my night stay, the receptionist told me that they didn't get any information about the booking, then i was waiting outside the building at the darkness 12 o clock, then i call one the lord g related person he sent to me some booking details the receptionist stop the drama, he accepted, then i get the room.

Lack of hospitality, unhygienic room. No amenities provided as described on mmt. Worn out bed, bathroom and wall.

Unsatisfying experience. Rude staff, didnt give the promised room. Had to follow up a lot for the promised extra bed
