All staff is so impatient, these guys are good for nothing, they just need money at every point

A good Resort with really good food, and basic facilities like swimming pool and play area for kids. Its at very convenient distance from main City but at a very good location with lots of space for recreational activities. But the rooms need renovation as they seem poorly maintained, as the mattress, switch board etc were really bad and bathroom needed more cleaning which really shouldn't be there based on other good things that they offer. On an average a good place to stay.

Resort location and resort is the only thing we like but the service and food quality isn't up to the mark. We reached the hotel around 2 PM but we didn't get any welcome drink for refreshment. After check-in, we found that one of our AC isn't working so we complain about it but the problem wasn't fixed. The bathroom was stinking so told them to put some bathroom freshener in the bathroom but they told me that isn't available. Also the tea maker, cups and glasses were dirty but they changed them after the complaint. Also, neither the food quality was good but the variety was very limited in the buffet. They just have one soup and sweet dish also very limited dishes. Same with the breakfast just one kind of cornflakes and juice was like water. Breakfast was also very limited and they started it late around 9 AM. There was no activity and playing area as shown in photos they just have a pool table for which they are charging for half an hour. So don't be deceived by the photos. My experience wasn't good at the resort as they have pathetic service and food. So I will not recommend it to anyone. In brief, my stay consists of some Pros and cons. Pros: 1. Good property and location. 2. Nice swimming pool and pools services. 3. A lot of space to walk around. Cons: 1. NO WIFI in the room. 2. Service quality isn't up to the mark. 3. Stinking bathroom. 4. Food quality and quantity isn't good. 5. Ac wasn't working in one of our rooms.

Good rooms Breakfast could have been better

The quality and taste of food was good but one of the member of staff had lost our car keys. That was very disgusting

Very bad experience. Not satisfied. Pillows and blanket were not clean. Arrogant and irritating Staff. Food was expensive and not that good. Resort is not worth the money.

Nice place to be with friends and also near by main road. Peaceful place with excellent rooms and great staff. Provides all necessary stuff in room. And yes the great thing is their rates for rooms.

The staff of Samsara Resort is very courteous, polite and caring. Excellent room service and variety of delicious food at very reasonable prices !! Location is very ideal for tourists visiting Jim Corbett. In fact resort is located very close to this Nature's sanctuary.

The resort was very good and its worthy to spent some money for that place but the service was not proper. There is one to receive your call on reception after 7 p. M .. Food was bit expensive in the restaurant of resort. The most enjoyable part was lawn and pool.

Samsara resort location is not good but room was too good and clean and with airy loby and good bathroom. Inside resort greenery, pool, spa and activities, sport and gim was nice and seeming pool is very nice and clean and good looking surrounded by ornamental plant and foo ding is average. Reception and staff behavior is not professional and soft. So I don't come again here.

All the amenities including swimming pool was there. Although costumes were chargeable however you can carry a pair with you if you don't want to buy. Room were spacious and clean. Food was excellent. Every room was provided with patio. Perfect place to unwind and relax with friends.

Resort was good & so was the food and especially that punjabi manager of restaurant, he took care of every guest. Pools was good, number of activities tambola, live singing, carom, table tennis, every thing was plus, but what's not good was the room service, poor room service and very expensive food, we got the glass of milk for kid at Rs 165. My suggestion is book a room with all meals at best price, and we got best deal from MMT only.

Hotel food is very expensive and other facilities of the room are good and not a good value for money. Other outdoor facilities like swimming pool and other recreational facilities are very good and as per expectation.

Good place for relaxing. Great stay for one day. Good place for leisure. I enjoyed a lot, was fun in the pool and the special evening get together with great food, drinks and music. Will suggest to go to this place and have a good vacation time. Location is also good of the hotel and specially the green lush tress

Resort location is quite good, ambience is value to money. There is one pain and it is about food. It is too costly to have it. 800 /- per head for lunch and dinner is kind of cheating. 3500 /- is cost per day cost of living and if 2 person than 3200 will be cost of lunch and dinner, adding breakfast cost over it will go 4000. So total expense will be 7500.
