Review Of Sajjan Villa Udaipur |Lakeview Rooms and Restaurant|

1) There is no lift and everytime we had to climb 4th floor which was tiring. 2) Only 3 options for breakfast everyday ...Aalu paratha, upma, poha. 3) TV was not working 4) Had to ask for soap, shampoo. The attendant was very good managing all single handed.

Stay in Sajjan villa was fantastic the owner and the other staff was pretty good. Property was near to Gangor ghat hardly 50 metre away from the Sajjan villa. Pretty good experience. Highly recommend

This property is in the old city near gangaur ghat. Key places are at walkable distance.This property has a roof top view of the lake. The staff is supportive.

best lake view hotel ,if you are looking for near by all prime location this is the property for you,I came with my family they have beautiful lake view rooftop and it doesn't feel like india it self gives a vibe of Italy budget friendly and convenient, breakfast and dinner was provided by the hotel it self it was so delicious definitely it should be 1st choice

Poor hygiene and unwashed linen, literally they told they don’t have washed pillow cover. Washroom was not cleaned and washroom door lock is not functioning

Breakfast was very good. Sajjan villa's host Rishabh Jain was very supportive and help us for early check-in as per availability of Room. Room was clean. And staff was very supportive. Property is very near to Gangaur ghat, bagore ki Haveli, Jagdish mandir and city palace. All places is 5 min walking distance away.

Best facility with budget stay

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth Booking ! I booked this hotel , but the experience was terrible. None of the amenities mentioned on the site were provided. The bed sheet was dirty, pillows smelled bad, and the geyser wasn't working. Tea was served in large glass tumblers meant for water, which felt very unhygienic. There was no intercom in the room – for any help, we had to shout to call room service. The room was extremely small and had rules pasted all over the place, giving a feeling more like a hostel or even a jail. Very disappointing and definitely not recommended.

The place is the most prime location everything is just walking distance from the hotel, the rooftop view is amazing, and the food and ambiance was too good. Ok

in a market like a lounge, even car can't reach there. I had to change my plan and shift to another hotel on extra charge. my money has wasted, not refunded by hotel person. while I had even not entered to my room

we did not stay there because of the staff and the room was so dirty and smelling so much the size of the room was too small. they only have two rooms in one there was a ac and in one there was a small TV. no phone no ac window was not opening so much suffocation in the room we asked for a deluxe room and told them we will pay more but they don't have any such room only two rooms were there in their deluxe there was no ac. the bed size was so small three people can't over sleep properly. the picture uploaded on your site was so beautiful but the actual was so bad and dirty. it was small lounge very bad crowd. no room service facility. if want something we have go down and asked that bahiya was sitting there. very very small room and hotel both. no lake view no TV no ac no iron no phone nothing was there very bad experience and that person told us they have only this. money was already paid we cannot asked for a refund. we stayed their only for half nhour.

Rating: 1/5 I booked this hotel, but the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed completely unbothered about our needs. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait for 30 minutes as our room was being cleaned. After the wait, another guest arrived, and the hotel staff gave them our room, asking us to wait again. The excuse this time was that the 4th-floor room was being cleaned. While waiting, I witnessed a staff member taking a shower in the very room that was supposed to be allocated to us. When I brought this to their attention, the staff member responded with attitude and rudeness. To add to our frustration, the WiFi connection was also non-functional. When I asked for the password, the staff claimed that the WiFi for the room we were initially assigned to wasn't working. I then requested the password for the WiFi on another floor, but was told it wouldn't connect since we were on the 2nd floor and the 3rd-floor WiFi was inaccessible. After a lengthy wait of 4 hours, we finally received our room on the 2nd floor. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is perfect, the manager is very genuine and kind. We had an amazing experience staying at sajjan villa. Many tourist spots are at walkable distance. The rooms are hygienic and well maintained and the staff is polite and helpful. Special thanks to Rahul.
