Sai raj desert camp was very neat and clean. Stay was awesome. Staff is good and polite. Food and activities very awesome.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property! The resort itself is stunning — beautifully designed, surrounded by nature, and filled with a serene aura that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The atmosphere throughout is calm yet vibrant, perfect for both leisure and photography. What truly sets this place apart is the superb hospitality. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay memorable. A very special mention to Aarif Ji, the F&B Manager, whose personal touch and attention to detail made our dining experiences exceptional. The food was delightful, and his care in ensuring everything was perfect did not go unnoticed. This combination of beautiful property, excellent service, and soulful atmosphere makes the resort a place we would love to return to again. Highly recommended!

The food quality is very very poor , Room condition very good & also provided newly fresh bed sheet cover , blanket & pillow.

We had a wonderful stay at Sairaj Resort. These camps are luxurious and if you are with family and need a comfortable stay at tents , this is go to place . There was minimal cold that we could feel within tents. It is equipped with all facilities and even with a heater Breakfast , evening snacks and Dinner are complimentary and they organise traditional shows in the evening. The shows are managed on time from 7-10 pm Food is descent and non spicy. We did not have have any issues with our kid and she was comfortable !!

The best place in Jaisalmer I would say! I totally recommend this place and bet you won't be disappointed. Absolutely professional, very polite staff, super delicious food and great stay. Amazing Cultural Program, The camel safari was during the sunset and it was the most beautiful sunset ever..in the dunes! From the manager, to the chefs and kitchen staff to the housekeeping staff everyone were extremely polite and welcoming. I am never looking for another place ever on Jaisalmer whenever I go to visit there next....

Amazing camp and awesome experience at the very plush and luxurious Sairaj camp . Warm hospitality and very attentive staff. The location is mind blowing.... the camp is set in a small bowl in the middle of pristine sand dunes and wild brush speckled with grand old trees. We went for a walk around the camp and saw chinkaras, a variety of birds, field rats and much more. The views were amazing from the high dunes. The entertainment was wonderful. They also organize jeep and camel safaris. The tents are unique, luxurious and cozy. Shows a clear attention to detail and maintenance. Kudos to aarif for creating this unique experience and kudos to his very attentive camp staff for taking such good care.

The food was good location are also good and staff behave also good

Very unprofessional, unhygienic, not a safe place, i booked but did not stay there. Total money loss because what i see and what i got was surprise

The services are quite ordinary as expected when you pay high charges. The quality of food is also below average.

Worst experience no events and poor food quality. Not provided water for daily drinking, charged everything for surplus amount. Huge scam

It was a nightmare. Travel-led with kids and parents. The tents had a gap between floor and tent walls frim where cold december breeze was entering making the room cold like crazy. Toilets utterly dirty. No hot water after evening. No heaters, dirty linens. The moment you enter you can only wait to leave. Limited dinner buffet and for breakfast they served only a loo paratha and upma.

Camp was good. Rooms where clean and hygienic. Hussain bhai helped us in everything. Hussain is very good and kind person. You may see less reviews on google and mmt or any booking platform but service they provide is very good. Toletaries, hot water, dance performance and food is very good. This is good resort for families too and safe. Car parking is available inside property. Thanks hussain bhai for all your help.

It was a nice and clean hotel located in the middle of the desert and the view of the desert was amazing, the staff was very helpful and their service was great and the staff was very well behaved and careful about hygiene, the food was also delicious, overall it was a lovely stay, i would recommend others to do the same.

Overall it was a nice experience to stay here. The tent was neat & clean. Friendly staff. Good food. Evening folk song. Raju was very helpful. The ac doesn’t work well in the afternoon. On reporting they shifted us from tent no 8 to 9. Still no respite! evening onward s once the temperature dipped the it became pleasant. The attached bathroom was clean. Food was non spicy as per my requirement & a big thanks for that. They arrange desert jeep safari if you request. The owner mustaq bhai was also attentive.

Execellent stay in sairaj resort camp. Staff all are very polite. Staff raju makes exellent confort in tent. Neat ant clean bathroom. Food was excellent.

Location is good but food was okay not that great and towels were not that fresh but the staff was very nice, co-operative and helpful. Property needs serious maintenance and specially in hygiene and food. Although in such cheap price it was the best property location and amenities we got so overall it was great experience. Will definitely want to visit in future.

Nice ambience of the property. Value for money really. Very nice hospitality by the staff. Nice food, but still the quality of the breakfast can be improved. especially the quality of tea needs improvement.
