Review Of Hotel Paradise (Inside Fort)

The hotel was average but the view from the rooftop is quite good . as we bought a deal from mmt the manager looked grumy and did not know how to behave. Food was great but even if it is complimentary for us they charges us extra for each item. overall stay was okayish ! the standard rooms are very average & compact . Do not pay more than 1000 for the standard & 1500 for deluxe room . better take a deal to other hotel .

Hotel was inside fort, it was at walking distance of 10min from gate. Rooms were clean but not very spacious, washroom was okay. Roof top dining was awesome during sunset and at night. Property owner and his son were supportive and helped us for arranging cab and tent stay for an evening.

Excellent location inside the fort. Facilities are ok. Staffs are polite and friendly.

Hotel is at good location. It looks like heritage hotel but hotel owner seems reluctant to address guest problems. Bath rooms are not good. House keeping is poor & overall it is an average hotel as compared normal hotels. Out of 5 star rating this deserves 2. 5 rating.

Excellent location. Excellent hospitality. The hotel is inside the fort. The evening time atmosphere is unique.

Hotel location was good but the service was not at all good and even the rate of the food is quite high. Washroom were not cleaned. Room were not upto the mark as well

hygiene ,hot water and location are plus points. but parking to the hotel way with luggage is actually difficult..

Location was excellent as this is inside fort. I stayed their for 1 night with my family. Best for the backpackers. If you travel by your car, then you have to park your vehicle outside fort (on road) though there is parking space inside the fort. But there seems no management in parking area. Due to heavy rush, you have to park your vehicle far from the hotel and auto rickshaw is not allowed inside fort for majority of time. So you have drak your bags at-least 500 m from the parking lot if not more. Room was reasonably clean and over all price is much on higher side comparing the features and amenities. Staffs were ok except one staff moti who was really polite and helpful. Food was tasted average. Their roof top restaurant location is really enjoyable and a plus. I booked with dinner + breakfast option. But not at all happy with the dimmer as they offered rice+roti+dal+ mix veg only. Dal and mix veg was not at all tasty, so we ordered other dishes with addional payment. Point to remember you dont get non veg here except eggs. Overall ok kind of stay, only superb about this hotel is its location inside fort. So its very comfortable to visit inside fort in the morning with literally no rush around the places

Hotel has great view and location. Everything was good but couldn't find wifi connection in our rooms. Apart from this no negative points to find.

Rooms are spacious with nice view. Rooftop dinner is amazing. Staff is friendly and cooperative.

Stay was decent with a needy facility there was a issue in hot water when we stay. Roof top dinner was excellent 👌

Food was not good. But you can enjoy city view and sun rise view from top floor of hotel.

Great location of the hotel. Very close to the main entrance, jain temples, sunset palace. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and a terrace with a great sunrise view. Greatest of everything was the food, we had 4 meals in the restaurant and every meal was equally great.

Hotel paradise is part of jaisalmer fort. So if you stay in this hotel, you are basically staying in the only living fort in india. Walls are all made of golden sand stone. From some of the rooms you get to see city view, fort walls. Their rooftop restaurant serve delicious dal bati churma and other rajasthan delicacies and topped up with great fort and city view. During peak time the car/auto are not allowed to drive up to the fort so you may have to walk but it is still worth.

When u enter from gate no 1 of fort u will see the hotel in your front. The view from top roof restaurant is very good.

As per last 3-4 days conversation conclusion is makemytrip knows everything about the hotel standard. As full payment was done hence customer can't do anything in terms of payment and they know that i didn't stay, still they keep all my money bcz booking was non refundable. Even after complaint with proof still mm t do unconditional favor to the tent owner.

Really the hotel is very clean and hygiene. All the staff of the hotel are good. I will recommend others to stay in this hotel and the view from the terrace us awesome. The restaurant is very good and the food quality is aewsome
