Gangaur Desert Resort

The stay was an average. However the staff are good. The food quality need to be upgraded. Overall it's good if meant for a Desert safari trip. Especially the keep safari was really thrilling and enjoyable.

Except for its location rest everything is worth cribbing about. Absolutely clueless as to how it managed ratings. The management is doing a real shabby job by picking off basic amenities stuff and facilities in an attempt to scrape up as much money they can. Water supply system broke down which lead to utter inconvenience, no bonfire arranged, no non veg food, no lights, substandard meals. Whatever you can name was there to make it worse. Strongly recommend not to go for this unless you are into liking it tough stuffs. Not at all value for money.

One of the best desert camp in Jaisalmer with all the best amenities and loved to stay over here one more time. Owner is very polite and very helpful to all of us on during the stay, I really loved it.

I didn't opt for inclusive meal considering buffet would be of bad quality in desert camps and that boomeranged. There was not any option for ordering the food. Had to settle down with buffet and that was really bad. Somehow just managed the two days. Same menu for both the dinners that to of very substandard quality and what I was charged for that. It's beyond understanding. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner nothing was good. I was not expecting some fancy stuff but even basic food was bad. Except food everything was fine but considering food it's a let down.
Room was just OK. Bathroom had some issues which was resolved somehow.

Stay in Gangaur was just feels like awesome. The village culture and camel ride and jeep safari was just awesome.

The place is exactly located at center point of the sand dunes, the sunset point here is superb, place to stay in Rajasthan is awesome night cultural programs are to be great.
