Review Of Sai Teja Residency and Functional Hall

I booked hotel with breakfast also, but when i came there it's completely unacceptable. They said they don't have that option and it's very bad experience

Teja residency hotel response and receiving is good. Hotel environment with ac is ok

Booking in sai teja was a last minute booking, thanks to make my trip make the booking on the fly. Hotel was located in the prime location, apart from the booking and checkin experience, the rooms offered where below par to the price paid, cleanliness is below average, no 24 x 7 water heating facility, house keeping provided the hot water, as said below par for the services received for the price paid, wish the hotel management make a note of these downsides and address it for a smooth and welcoming stay for the guests.

We had booked the room for very high cost which includes breakfast. As such they don’t have kitchen, when we asked for breakfast, they are not able to answer. Room conditions are very bad and even hotel doesn’t have hot water facilities. Avoid this if you want value for money. They charged a three star hotel charge at this place for two stay.

Room was spacious And worthy for money

The room which I was given had bed sheets unchanged And even the pillow covers were filthy. So I had to use spare towels And clothes to sleep on the bed. Bathroom was clean though but the water bucket very dirty! At least they could have given fresh bedsheets And covers

Room was neat and clean. There was need of room freshener as we got cigarette smell as we entered the room. Slightly far from Ganesh Ji temple at Kanipakam. I would give 4.5 stars out of 5.

This is located near to the temple which is walkable distance. Hotel staff are friendly. Cleanliness is good/

Worst experience, simply they are trying to cheat us.

Not at all good, they will ask more money.
Not good, when we are check outing they will ask more money.

Nothing big to say it's an economical stay all together where you get what you pay for worth the penny.

Good room was maintained neatly.
