Dirty place, needs proper cleaning if they want more customers. Their room service is terrible. They were unable to provide breakfast on time. On my 6 mins call I still did not get the breakfast on time so I checked out from the hotel.

Don't get fooled by the images

what we see in the images of the hotel doesn't exist in reality. All rusted bathroom taps, very bad House keeping, unclean surroundings, same linen used for several customers, rude reception staff behaviour, I am 100% disappointed ☹️. I will never book here

Worst experience... Photos shown are almost 5-6 years old. Booked 3 rooms TV & Fridge was not working in any rooms out of 3 rooms... Fan Regulator was not there. Cockroaches in beds. Rooms were in pathetic condition. Dirty pillows and blankets.

Stay at sai residency baga is memorable. Management and staff is very warm and friendly. I strongly suggest sai baga residency, this is opposite to the titos lane, adds bonus to explore the baga beach life with walkable distance. The high speed internet helps even if there is disruption in the signal

Property is located near the main road of baga and calanguite, approx opposite of toto's lane. We stay here for 04 days from 19 to 23 dc 2024. It was our worst experience ever. Amenities are not so good. Daily room cleanliness were not done, even though after requesting thrice they have done one time during my entire stay. Being located near the main road, foods are well available. Rent scooty is available. Bedsheets, towels, blanket were very bad and dirty. Tv installed in the room but it is not working, after reporting they told us it is not working since last six months. Mini fridge placed in the room but it is very dirty and almost broken one. Bathroom is so small. Ac available but there was no remote for that. If you want to on the ac they will come and on it. Only one guy is well behaved in reception and other three person are not cooperative.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The tv in my room was not functioning, and the bathroom was not as clean as i had hoped. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the housekeeping standards could be improved. I reached out to the staff multiple times regarding these issues, but they were not resolved during my stay. I believe there's significant room for improvement in both service and maintenance. I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests"
