Excellent property...Excellent food.,, excellent service

Local caretakers - gaurav and team are extremely good in hospitality and service how ever saffronstay is not at all. Our assigned spocs oozmi, kalpesh were extremely non supportive and moreover no responsive during our bookings. We were group of 11 including kids and adults, till the date of check in they didn’t receive cals many times nor responded back to our concerns on meal. We had certain limitations and reservations on meal hence we gave them options of choosing meals for less pax, not all meals and even ala carte. They refused to accommodate it and simply forced hs to buy all meals or not at all knowing the location is far in outskirts and there are no places to eat around.

Property is surrounded by the lush green trees which makes the property more pleasant. Rooms are beautifully designed with all the basic amenities available. It has a large swimming pool with a sit out area. Food was good. Staff person gaurav was very helpful, he was very kind and attentive. He provided excellent service to us in all aspects.

Wada Palghar is not such a well known place! Does not get a go ahead as a destination from your friends or family, when you actually plan a trip! And this is exactly a risk I took! Saffronstays Vedika caught my attention and that was it! After my reservation got confirmed, Right from check in to the check out, the entire experience is worth the amount I spent! The scenic view, the delicious home cooked meals, the overwhelming hospitality by the supervisors and staff. I can just go on and on and on! This holiday turned out too good to be true! A trip where I have now become a 'Reliable Trip Organizer' for my family😂 Thank you team for such a memorable experience. Will definitely recommend this to my circle and for all wanting to consider this home.
