Property was good..but not providing basic stuff like dental kit..n kitchen is common in living room..so no privacy..

Luxurious and unique property. Stay was great for 2 couples or up to 6 people. Very supportive and decent staff. They served a very delicious food.

Nice pleasent stay. Caretaker were very helpful and cook was 10 on 10. Beautifully designed and managed property

I recently celebrated my birthday at SaffronStays Terracotta Trails, Wada, and it was such a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The staff was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious ,fresh, flavorful, and perfectly curated for a cozy getaway. The property itself is serene and beautifully maintained, giving the perfect mix of comfort and nature. It truly felt like a peaceful escape from the city.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing staycation with amazing food and exceptional service. Saffron stay Terracotta Trail –Wada Extremely Disappointing Experience The service was far below expectations. Food arrangements were poorly managed — lunch was served as late as 2:30 PM and dinner at 10 PM. Meals were prepared at a different villa and then brought to Terracotta, which affected both quality and timing. Breakfast was particularly inadequate and we had to wait over 30 minutes for more. Also, food was not served as per Menu. Overall, it was a highly unsatisfactory and poorly managed by Saffron stay and just using their name for poor quality. will not recommend villa just becoz of Saffron stay as they are not at all good in hospitality

good stay with good caretaker just the food taste can be improved. But The owners are unprofessional and unfair when it comes to deposit refunds. They make unreasonable deductions from deposit just stains on white bedsheet that too bcus of the sharp edge of glass table which hit my knee and required first aid, they say 1000rs charges for cleaning the sheet and when I asked to talk they refused and didn't came on call to even talk. Their lack of transparency and poor communication make dealing with them frustrating. Dealing with these owners has been disappointing. Their behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, often prioritizing cost-cutting over fairness. Poor communication and unwillingness to take responsibility make interactions frustrating, I wouldn’t recommend renting from them.
