the location and stay was good. however there needs to be improvement 1. bathroom accessories were not up to the mark. in few rooms it was broken 2. indoor games boards and tt tables are in bad shape. need immediate repairs 3. no outdoor activities due to lack of space 4. food quality was also average with limited options 5. mobile network connection is pretty bad available only at some corners. wifi was also not up to the mark and at some times with very low speeds overall an average stay. if the above stated is improved and outdoor space increased it would be value for money

The stay was as shown in pictures. Location is great.10mins from beach. Caretakers are really co operative. Spacious place with lots of rooms. Will stay again.

Apart from location it was good place to visit once.

groupLocation was not as expected since it was away from beach. Food was very good and staff was very good. Wi-fi was not working. Property was difficult to find. Also location was not as expected i. E. Away from beach. Food and staff were good. Wi-fi was not working. Overall experience was average.

familyVery bad facility & location also not good no hot water for bath, ac also not working. Ac was working only at 27 deg celcius. Ac remote not working. Tv cable not working. Only one chanel was working

Room was good and clean care taker was ok but the prices for food was very steep according to the food provided no menu was given i would have not ordered if i had known the prices.

familyWe visited this property and stayed for one night map displayed in app is wrong property is good just outskirts of guhagar 7 bedroom villa we booked one room with 1 person extra rooms are clean safe but ok for two people only hence we booked one more room awesome view of paddy fields from room balkoney we had home made freshly prepared food bathroom was clean safety standard is good
