Property location is good but rooms need upkeep. There were lizards in room and food quality was also average.

We were given a villa where the road incline was very dangerous for the vehicle. The staff refused to provide us any meals inspite of informing them in advance. Their perpetual reason being they had 25 other guests and they were swamped. Add to this nothing was available nearby. The manager Mr. Shirke was the most arrogant person we ever came across in the hospitality industry. The fellow did not even have common courtesy to stop eating/drinking while interacting with customers. He even went to the extent of making shamelessly accepting that normally the villa allotted to us is not given on rent and this time he made an exception since they received a lot of bookings. When we came frost day the 2 room were provided were non ac and room were not clean at all in master bedroom there were lizard poo on bed and dirt were there, after complaining they agreed to give ac room next day. There is no room service, veg food was good but overpriced. Food quality is good.

This resort is in the real sense of e co tourism. Isolated place full of nature on all sides. Villas are quite spacious & food was excellent. Comfortable stay at hotel.

Location excellent food could have been better managed. Staff was less at restaurant. Service was good but other amenities like swimming pools jungle safari were missing.

The property was good but lacked in room service. Also the wifi was not working properly. No registration formalities was done. No bell boy available to carry the luggage

Location was good and peaceful. Safety seems to be low as it is isolated. Food taste is poor and we have to give order 3-4 hrs in advance.

This place is beautifully located at a hillock with amazing view of a valley. Has a a very peaceful and quiet environment. Very well maintained. The roads leading to this property are not good. Work of roads is in progress. Very nice and polite caretaker. The food however is not good at all and the charges for food are exorbitant. Unfortunately, there is no option nearby. The nearest one is 8 kms away. Overall it's very good stay and property. Food not good

Overall the stay was average. Will list down few pros & cons for the benefit of other guests - pros - 1. Smooth check in & check out. 2. Scenic view from the first floor rooms. 3. Awesome fish (surmai) fry. 4. Good room size. 5. Helpful host. Cons - 1. Poorly maintained villa 2. Limited breakfast options. 3. No room service. 4. Lack's a restaurant. 5. Exorbitant rate for the thali considering the quality & quantity. There are limited or no options to choose from. 6. Limited availability of linens. # mobile network is poor/non existent (though this is not the resorts fault.

The hospitality received from Shirke sir (owner) was over whelming. We had nice being at the villa the room are big and clean and the view from villa is very good.

Location around 6-7 km from Guhagar beach. Peaceful stay. Food is home prepared and everyone could enjoy it, but the proprietor should provide some amenities in the room as rooms are very basic.

I enjoyed my stay in that property. The whole property was very clean and tidy. The room was very good and beautiful. The owner was very nice and helpful. Reaching the property was also very easy. I got all the basic facilities that I needed.

Stayed in this property on 28. 10. 2018. Location is beautiful. Food and service was good. Especially the owners paid individual attention to their guests.
Hosts and support staff were very courteous. Food was good. Overall a nice experience.

In a row house with rooms on the ground end first floor. The first floor has a balcony view. The resort is nowhere near to any beach. Nearest one is Guhagar beach which is at 7 kms from hotel. The description of the hotel said it has a private beach so we booked it which turned out to be false info. No value for the money at all. Won't recommend.

Very well maintained rooms, huge open space, very peaceful, very warm staff, awesome local food served.
Location is very peaceful, complete green view from room, huge open space around room is very well maintained and built. Food is awesome, local food, available staff are very warm staff. Overall a very fantastic place for small as well large for a vacation away from crowd.
