Here are the specific issues we encountered during our stay: 1. **Stained Beds and Linen:** The bedsheets and pillowcases were visibly stained, which is unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone a luxury villa. 2. **Dirty Floors:** The floors were dirty upon our arrival, which is both unsanitary and unpleasant. 3. **Unhygienic Water Dispenser:** The water dispenser provided was filthy, and there was no proper supply of mineral water, putting our health at risk. 4. **Unavailable Food Service:** We were informed that the cook had to leave for an emergency, leaving us with no ready food service. This forced us to travel 2-3 KMS to find nearby restaurants, causing great inconvenience. 5. **Unresponsive Property Managers:** After we booked, the property managers were uncooperative and repeatedly denied any requests we made. We literally had to fight our way through to get things done, adding to our frustration and stress. These issues are particularly concerning given the amount we were charged and the expectations set by your marketing. Given the severity of the issues faced, we request you to kindly look into this and compensate accordingly while we continue our stay . The quality of accommodation and service we received was unacceptable, and we believe compensation is warranted for the distress and inconvenience caused. Another major issue is the falsified images on the website, the place is not even 30% like the pictures on your website.
