Property was good and as promised. BUT MAKE MY TRIP disappointed us despite being a long time customer.

Property is good and maintained. Staff is courteous. Food buffet is adequate in variety. Only issue is that there is no food kitchen available after 1030pm and almost no options from late checkin travellers

I stayed along with my family. The room size and interior, lighting etc was very good. The food and restaurant is quite average. The hygiene in the restaurant area needs management attention.

I was on the fifth floor, lots of Noise and disturbance. The hotel room was very clean and the breakfast spread was good. A water bottle provided is very small, toiletries need to be upgraded. only one toothbrush was provided for occupancy of two persons. Other things are good. Ocean pearl has been quiet an experience all together, we stayed for 4 days but all the amenities with food quality are outstanding, we have already made recommendations for this hotel

Had a pleasant stay at Timesquare. The food was delicious, the place was very clean, and the staff were warm and hospitable. A couple of small issues—my room had twin beds (which I had booked by mistake, but it would have been nice if the staff had checked, since I was staying alone), and there was no hair dryer in the room. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it for the food and service

While a regular to Udupi, this is the first time I stayed at The Ocean Pearl Time Square. The hotel is excellent, the ambience is pleasant, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is extremely courteous and always ready to help. The best part about the hotel is the food. We had opted for a package which included complementary Dinner and Breakfast. The food was simply awesome both in taste and variety. The chef and manager took special care to cater to our requirements. The other important positive about the hotel is that it is within walking distance of the Shri Krishna Temple. In summary, a perfect stay and the best value for money. I strongly recommend this hotel for people visiting Udupi.
