Complementary breakfast was served cold, rooms were fine whereas food service was very bad. Options in the food menu were very limited and heavily overpriced. Found cats and rats eating left over food from our plates kept outside the room. Extremely unhygienic Not an ideal place for a stay with family,

It was first outing with my one year baby , we had nice experience in paradise lagoon resort. Scenic location, good customer service, and nice boating experience in backwaters. Food in restaurant is bit costly but good food. Overall good 😊

The room given to us was bad, it looked very dull, no sunlight. But the property was very pretty. Restruant food was average.

We visited during the off-season, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience! The property is absolutely beautiful, especially in the rain — it added a peaceful, serene vibe to the whole stay. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and made us feel truly welcomed. Even in the off-season, everything was well-maintained and enjoyable. Without any doubt, Paradise Lagoon deserves a full 5-star rating. Would definitely recommend and love to visit again!

It was a great experience we had at this resort. Stay was really great. we have also been upgraded to deluxe from premium without any additional cost. very good view . Play area can be improved along with food. Overall very good place to spend your time with.

Paradise Lagoon was a beautiful property on the backwaters of river Suvarna. Location on an island, proximity to the beach, well maintained property were the highlights. Food was a bit expensive, but considering non-availability of other eateries around, it was acceptable. Food tasted good though.

The rooms are not clean and not maintained, there are cockroaches and rodents in the room. The AC of some rooms keep getting shut down after every 20 min.

The wash rooms were very bad and they have given the room it was full dust no maintenance and hot water was not there we asked many times no response from them very worst experience it's waste of money

Our stay in Paradise Lagoon : Property located in a wonderful place. Well maintained gardens, nice pool and peaceful place adjacent to back waters to rest. Rooms were bigger but furnitures were very old , needs to be taken care. Rest rooms were shabby, not maintained properly. Food was not tatsy with minimal options. Spa was not professional.

Hotel in backwaters. Room was big.. Breakfast Buffet is good.. The front desk is helpful. The ala carte menu price is on the higher side. Room bathroom is big but needs improvement. Badminton bats and cocks need to be checked for replacement regularly.
