The location of the hotel is great, very near to the Udupi temple and Intra State bus dtation. Walking distance. There are lot many restaurants to suit various palates around. However, the hotel is just average. Maintainance is poor. Too many cobwebs in the room and bathroom. Bed linen was not clean. However, bathroom was clean. It is centrally located. Car parking is manageable. Room wall paint is in horrible condition. As soon as entered the room, got a feeling that it is complete budget friendly hotel and can't expect anything good or great. We checked in just for our night stay. So on those terms, it is good manageable stay

The rooms were stinking, water was not coming properly in the shower and faucet.

Worst experience ever. Whole night we slept along with Lizards, huge cockroaches and Bed bugs with a weird smell. Dress wardrobe were completely damaged. Washroom comodes were leaking. we are very much disappointed about the service provided and also we are surprised to see how make my trip has listed one among in the lodging We definitely need a refund as we don't see any worth for the penny paid.

No value for customers. Boys at the reception acting like they are not getting any salary. Had to wait 10 minitues for checkin process because they were going to have food. There was no drinking water at the room. When I asked the reception, the boys asked me to go and meet the room boy in a different floor. I went there and asked for drinking water. He said. No free water. We need to pay for water. Or he can provide borewell water for free. But it is not filtered and not good for drinking, he said. 😄🙏

Very helpful staff, Infra can improve,hotel needs to maintain and also have inbuilt restauran

It was good. 5 mins walk away from the temple. Facilities were nice. The staff was welcoming.

The property is very old and poorly maintained. The hotel stinks as soon as you enter and the rooms are not maintained well. Stained bedsheets, dirty pillow cover, towels that are worse than a footmat, lizard, broken plug sockets and switches. This place needs a tremendous makeover. The only problem of this is the proximity to krishna matha and bus stand. Not recommended for Family who are looking for good ambience, pleasant stay

The maintenance is very poor , cleanliness is not proper done lots of insects in room tv was not working.

Hotel is in good location. Cleanliness is poor. Cobwebs in room. Commode is not cleaned well by maid.who gets angry when we tell. Fridge in room not working.Window ac either works or not work. No remote to control temperature. One Mineral water fridge in premises. The manager shetty keeps it off as per his wish to save electricity or reason not known.So you cannot even keep your injections if your are taking as senior citizen. The bed linen is also not changed daily as per Manager Shetty instructions who yells at loud. Voice to customers when we point out. Full 5 days payment we have made 15 to 18 days in advance to hotel through make my trip booking.

Room was just ok tap was leaking 24 hrs, fridge was not working, small cockroaches in room.water was not provided, towels not provided

Uncleaned room & bathrooms. pillow cover and bed sheet not even washed. Staff behavior is not feeling good. Not drinking water. Give one soap that's only positive

The hotel is very poorly maintained, and stuffy. There were tv cables lying around on the floor. The bedsheets, the chairs etc were dusty and stuffy, making it uncomfortable to stay. Very pathetically maintained place. Bathroom was horrible with cockroaches and bugs.

This was the first time I am booking It was a very bad experience. The room was not clean and smelled bad. The main part was there was no lock in the door. when we reported this to the staff their behaviour changed and they got angry. we tried to make them understand that how we can trust a hotel, if they have a spare key at night any one of the hotel members can enter our room. But they just shouted at as and asked as to search another hotel. it was night and with family we were unable to search another hotel. it was a terrible experience we could not sleep properly at night in fear even though we were tired of travelling. The room and bathroom had cracks and was not cleaned. the curtains were torn. The bed smelled bad. we had paid for a non AC room. we used to travel a lot. first time we got such a bad experience. very upset with the hotel

Room is very old, they have specific timings for hot water which was not mentioned during the booking. They didn't consider our request for providing the hot water. Room also had some smell which was not good at all.

The ac of the room no507 is not working properly. That's why l felted un comfort and front office staff is. Very cooperative overall good

My review and experience is as below: 1. No telephone available in the room. Availability of phone was mentioned in booking details. 2. Bathing towel was old as it was turned into gray in colour 3. Bathroom not properly maintained. Switches and mirror turned to black with fungus. Walls had black patches. I saw one dead cockroach in toilet. I can show photo to confirm the above

The room which we were allotted at first ac was not working properly. The curtains were old and disoriented. We asked for room service to change our bed sheet which they didn't.
