My Experience:
I stayed at Sadhu Inn during my recent trip to Puri, and honestly, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
1. Bathroom Issue: After checking in, I found that the bathroom was located outside the room, which was extremely inconvenient and unhygienic.
2. Unprofessional Behavior: During lunch, the hotel staff asked us to clean our own table, which felt very rude and unprofessional.
3. No Housekeeping Service: There was no housekeeping facility. When I called the given number, the person demanded ₹100 just to clean the room, which is unacceptable.
4. Poor Location & Cleanliness: The surrounding area of the hotel was dirty and unpleasant.
5. Timing Restriction: The staff informed us that we had to return to the hotel before 9 PM, which is not suitable for tourists.
6. Distance Issues: The hotel is 200–250 meters away from the Jagannath Temple, and the railway station is quite far—we had to pay ₹500 for a single trip from the station.
7. No Room Cleaning: We stayed for two days, but no one came to clean the room even once.
8. Unhygienic Dining Area: The most shocking part — when we sat down for lunch, we found the staff’s undergarments drying on the same table! And when we asked them to clean it, they used the same dirty cloth from under the table.
9. Staff Sleeping in Dining Area: The staff used to sleep in the dining hall, which is completely unprofessional and uncomfortable for guests.
We stayed in Room No. 003 (Non-AC).
Overall, I had a very unpleasant and unhygienic experience at Sadhu Inn. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely not stay here again.

1. Bathroom Issue: Kindly check your booking voucher, whether you have chosen AC with attached bathroom or non AC with common bathroom. As you have chosen common bathroom, we have provided the same. Kindly check everything while booking and do not raise such invalid points after checking in.
2. Un-professional behavior: Kindly check the other reviews which our customers have provided on the same staffs. We take pride in our behavior of staffs towards the guest. There is no question of unprofessionalism arises here.
3. No Housekeeping Service: We are available 24/7 for our guests. No staffs will ever demand anything from you for providing cleaning service. Also, we have given escalation number for any such issue, as you have not brought this issue to our notice when it happened, we take it as an invalid feedback.
4. Poor Location & Cleanliness: This is something which we do not have control over. The cleanliness is not an issue, due to rain the road might be little rough.
5. Timing Restriction: There is so such restriction from our end. You are at your will.
