Property's location is good and room was also good and clean

had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when I checked in, and basic hygiene was clearly lacking. To make it worse, they did not even provide a towel for the second guest in the room. Very poor service and not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Room was darty, tv was not working. Even after telling multiple times they didn't do anything.

Not Worth for 2k+ per night stay no proper service, no hot water, no neatness.

The property location is 2 min walking distance from the beach, which is nice. In-house restaurant is not available. Amenities provided to the room (Deluxe AC) are meeting our expectations. Services need improvement, like periodical cleaning is recommended. Also, lift is not in working condition, this is a part of essential service for the customer who is staying at 2nd & 3rd floor. Improvement is required in these areas. Otherwise all is good.

Terrible hotel. Shows u pic of swimming pool nd restaurant but no resturant nd dirty pool . Only for unmarried couple . Even AC r non controlable . Smelly ,dirty nd unhygienic. Pathetic.

Good services in all aspects..recommend to stay as beach is at a walking distance and Gurudwara Aarti sahib as well.

Floor was very dirty and wet, bathroom washbasin and water tap was very dirty. The property looks old and partially renovated, charged 800 extra for 2pm checkout and swimming pool was good but available with extra charges.

It was a good place. Location was too good.

Room was small in size. Bathroom condition was poor. Light in room was not proper. Good thing was purified water available, cleaning staff was good.
