firstly, the place is very far from the Highway and the bus station. Fairly remote place where reaching can be difficult especially in the night. So you need to have your own vehicle as the tourist car are generally hell bent on ripping you off. But you save local tax, parking charges and time in case you have them. So I guess in the end, it all balances it out. The place is ok. The caretaker/ owners have their own farm and stay with family. They are generally helpful. The rooms are ok, can be cleaner, it's not a professional set up so you gotta ask for the basics such as napkins, towels etc. The place needs to be cleaned up a little so it was a little messy but nothing major. there were some leakages in the wash basin and the washroom. there is one Indian and a western loo. The water is a little muddy as it's bewaring water. The bugs was bit of an issue as it around the forest and farms. They cooked some very delicious food for us and let me tell you that was absolutely value for money. I wish they had some meat as well.
as i mentioned it's not a professional set up so service is a bit slack and they don't have a lot of manpower. Also one thing that I did notice was the fact that they disown the thing that they have committed, so try to get a firm confirmation from them wherever possible. I experienced this with the taxi services which was arranged via the hotel guys. All in all and ok place to stay. Still the price point and the home cooked food makes it a good deal.
