Very nice and cooperative staff. Nice arrangemrnt. I visited with a group of family. Hotel management provided best amenities. We enjoyed the trip.

Customers look through the photographs and book the rooms. But the situation is entirely different. The photographs uploaded were not recent pics.

Neet and clean room, but bath water is not available

The room i stayed in was very bad and the bathroom facilities were disgusting. The whole night was full of mosquitoes and i couldn't even sleep properly. I could not properly do the work i had come to do because i did not sleep properly while i was staying in that room. I hope they maintain the hotel well next time i visit

Stay was good and the staff was very helpful. Location was far from rameshwaram

Not a hygienic hotel with too much smoke smell in the rooms. The bathrooms were smelling real bad as well. The only positive is they allowed the group to check out in the evening as our train was in the night.

The property is located in highway and at a vantage point and has good exteriors all the good things end here. Not a place for family, except for a litre water bottle no other amenities. Badly maintained toilets, horrible mirror, broken wash basin, no proper flush, bad towels, no hot water available. Property requires extensive repairs and renovation. Not advisable for family

Rr towers is quite a good hotel for a budget around 1000 to 1500 rupees. I am happy with the spacious rooms, also room service was punctual and excellent. Only thing that made us disappoint is that restroom was not properly maintained. If this point is taken and worked upon, it would attract more guest

Wanted a place to just dig in for the night so opted for this hotel. Checked in late but the check in process was quick. Except for the same service was lax (probably over worked staff. Had to haggle for everything. As per booking details - toiletries, mineral water was included but had to pay for the same. Upgrade from non ac to ac for a single room and was happy that they accommodated us. Sincere advice - chose a better stay when in ramanathapuram. Any service requested expect a eta of 30 - 60 mins.

I have booked classic room for 2 adult and 2 kids but the bed size is very small, also no hot water room service is very poor.

We booked non AC double bedrooms. We booked 3 rooms. The first impression was good. Later we found that one of the rooms wasn't even cleaned. There were foul smell and the worst part is there were cockroaches in the washroom. We later informed the reception and he said he will come soon but we waited for 20 minutes and he didn't come so we again called him and she changed the room to A/C room the A/C was turned off. The room was pretty good and is cleaner than the others. Please ask them to clean the rooms before check-in that will be better. Overall rating 3.5/5.

It's located on the highway to Rameswaram. Google map shows the wrong location. Rooms are not clean. I spotted cockroaches there
