Comfortable sta
Room was clean and hygiene was well maintained. Dental kit, shampoo and soap were provided. Coffee and Tea kits were available with Kettle and mineral water. Geyser was good. Bath/restroom was a bit cramped. Private car parking available with 24 hrs security. Reception helped in late night check in. Overall stay was very good.

Poor Stay
The only good thing about this hotel was the secure parking. Our family room was cramped, with a broken toilet flush and an AC that didn't work properly. The worst part was at checkout when the staff tried to falsely charge us ₹500 for glasses we supposedly broke or stole—a baseless . We were also repeatedly told to keep quiet for "important guests," which made us feel unwelcome. Poor maintenance and unprofessional staff. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good Stay
It’s inside from main road. Good ambiance in front office customer service good, budget wise very good. Parking area also there, lift is there, rooms are good and neat. In parking area there is a watchman also. Television AC all are working. I would recommend those who wish to stay in ramanadapuram

Average Stay
Neat rooms and comfortable beds but poor man power. There was only one staff and he is the receptionist, house keeping, manager, room service everything. Though I felt bad for him, I was also loosing my patience. We waited for the breakfast from 7am to 8.30am. Yeah but then overall not bad if they corrected their response time and man power with either in house catering or delivery if it’s on time and with better taste.

Absolute good rooms, great staff. Don’t book during marraige days if your coming in car. Parking will be packed because this hotel situated above the marraige hall and car parking is shared. Bit inside from main road but not a big problem! Ample parking (non marraige days) and best rooms

Poor Stay
Not worthy to the price. Stayed in 203. Extreme noise from the wooden cot. The bed is not firm. Fan noise and bath room light switch connected with room light. Not able to sleep.

Location average. Wifi ok. Parking good. Reception staff karthik behaviour was rude. Other things ok.

Guest refuse to pay for the extra hours charges. staff requested politely but guest only refused and scold to front office staff.
Terrible Stay
Hotel and as horrible. Through out the night the power went off and AC was not functioning . Morning we did not have the hot water in bath room also . Very poor service . We booked for 3 adults and they gave only one bath towel . They were reluctant to give extra towel and bed also . Overall it was horrible . I will never come back here . And I will always rethink about booking t Rating is 1.

Clean and Comfortable sta
We booked rooms for 13 people which included double rooms and family room. We had a very peaceful stay without any noise. clean rooms, comfortable beds, hygienic bathrooms, something we hadn't felt in higher priced hotels. Food supplied is average in taste but there is a very good veg restaurant also nearby - Bheemas. My old parents and in laws really had refreshing night sleep which they didn't expect in a new town. In Ramanathapuram I would highly recommend staying here.
