RR Grand

We booked non AC double bedrooms. We booked 3 rooms. The first impression was good. Later we found that one of the rooms wasn't even cleaned. There were foul smell and the worst part is there were cockroaches in the washroom. We later informed the reception and he said he will come soon but we waited for 20 minutes and he didn't come so we again called him and she changed the room to A/C room the A/C was turned off. The room was pretty good and is cleaner than the others. Please ask them to clean the rooms before check-in that will be better. Overall rating 3.5/5.

Rr towers is quite a good RR Grand for a budget around 1000 to 1500 rupees. I am happy with the spacious rooms, also room service was punctual and excellent. Only thing that made us disappoint is that restroom was not properly maintained. If this point is taken and worked upon, it would attract more guest

Very nice and cooperative staff. Nice arrangemrnt. I visited with a group of family. Hotel management provided best amenities. We enjoyed the trip.

Neet and clean room, but bath water is not available

Very comfortable rooms and their services are good

Good RR Grand to stay but the amenities are not proper, rest all good.
