The worst experience ever for me. Receptionist was very arrogant. Rude behaviour. He was not at all listening to our complaints.Instead he started blaming us for complaining Room's condition was very poor. Closet in bathroom was damaged.It was not cleaned properly. switch board was damaged. One of the light was not working. Totally disappointed.

The Receptionist Behaviour Is Quite Polite. Accommodation For One Day Is Good To Live. Location From Ramanathswamy Temple Is 800 mtr. Need To Repair Or Change The Water Tap Of Washroom. Over All Everything Is Quite Good

The room was way different than what was shown . Half of the lights were not working and even the door was not getting locked properly l. When we complaint to the hotel they were extremely rude. I'll suggest not to book. Bathroom shower was not working and there were lot of mosquitos.

The rooms are not so clean. There were tiny black ants all over the Bed. The washroom was also not clean and no water pressure at all. To fill a bucket you have to wait for half an hour, that's how slow the running water was. The behavior of some staffs were rude as well.
