HOTEL VISAKAN

We got a good rate considering it was a holiday weekend. Hotel is walking distance from the Temple, so yeah, excellent location. Clean rooms, toilet. Pillows were flat. The only bad thing was the bed sheets were torn here and there, though clean. It's situated in a really narrow lane. But they have secure parking behind. Staff was very polite.

Affordable room with good interior. The best thing is that the parking space of the Hotel. But we actually got twisted the road to the parking location it’s really complicated to drive a car in that narrow road with lot of street vehicles. Actually the Stay was perfect and situated near the North Gate of temple, so we can easily locate and done the 22 Well devotional offering.

The hotel didn’t provide us with extra bed when booking was for 3 adults. Also there was no complimentary water bottles provided which should be at-least 2 per day. The stay was on 3rd floor and there is no lift access. Washroom flush was leaking. The bedsheets were torn with huge holes. Wifi was good. Access to temple is good.

Room was good but in room many cockroaches are there and there was no water bottle, soap and towel in the room when i asked 2 3 time then they provided.

No network in the room. Staff is not professional. Only best thing is very close proximity to temple

My experience with the hotel was very bad. We booked the hotel on january 2026 initially i thought it will be a good experience as the room was nee and the bathroom was also clean. But at night when the lights were switched off, tve entire rooms was filled with cockroaches of different sizes. Including on the bed. When i complained it to the receptionist, one person came and sprayed some hit and went back. We have to keep the lights on on the entire night and was not able get any sleep.

Bad experience. They say there is wi-fi: there was no wi-fi in the room. We told them multiple times, they kept saying they were about to fix it, but never happened. Smell on the bathroom was unbearable. Staff rude and not helpful at all. Very noisy in the morning, it was impossible to sleep after 7. 30 with people screaming and loud music. At least there was a private parking for our vehicle and location was good.

Hotel is good but they have no loundry service, staff behavior is not good. Very bad hotel

Hotel was very neat and clean. My family had a pleasant stay there. Its very near to temple. Recommend for stay.

It was really annoying. After multiple request we were given bathroom kit, which was just a medimix soap. Even water bottles were not provided, instead just an empty jug was kept stating there is tap on the floor for drinking purpose.

The hotel is situated very close to rameshwaram temple. The staff was pretty helpful with our early check in. Rooms were clean but some of the house keeping staff ask you for tip without even doing anything.

Hotel visakan is very close to the main temple. The staff is cordial and helpful. But there is no food service in the hotel. Also, cleanliness in washrooms is an issue. It keeps stinking and doesn't even have exhaust fan.

Wonderful stay and the staf was very helpful during the stay, rooms were clean and provided with mineral water. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms.

Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The hotel is hardly 100 meter from the temple south and west gate. Hotel ambience is amazing.

Thanks to visakan team, for making us comfortable stay. Nearest to temple entrance (east gate) and agni theertham from hotel visakan. Every entry is approx 200 meters surrounding. Food related many outlets near to temple.

visakan hotel room interior design is very good, room having good ac system but my room having some 🐜 so i give 4 otherwise i suppose to give 5, location of the hotel is also good
