one of the worst hotel here. entire room is off drainage smell. it didn't go entire night. they market as breakfast included and put higher charges but there is no concept of breakfast there.

The service provided was so pleasing and the staff were responsive. The area of improvement can be to set up an elevator for not just elderly folks but the families having heavy lugg. This lodge was extremely disappointing. The rooms poorly maintained, the smell was unpleasant, the cleanliness was lacking, and the space was uncomfortably small. Despite booking for three people, the room only had a single double bed, making sleeping arrangements very inconvenient. The location is close to the temple’s north gate, which could have been an advantage, but unfortunately that gate is only open during specific morning hours, so it’s not as accessible as it sounds. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

it was a good stay. The advantage is near the temple north gate ,after completion of Darshan,it is easy to reach the room and we can have some rest and visit the places.

They dont have lift in the hotel and the room given was at 2nd floor. The rooms are good and clean and the good point is nearest to temple.

The rooms were spacious but not cleaned. Overall service was ok-ok. They can improve the sevices for cleaness.

Not a good place to stay very small room with 1 big bed single bed which was very disappointing and how do you expect 5 people yo sleep.. This is not done

The property was close to temple just 2 min walkable, the rooms were clean and the response and support was good from the hotel management.

We have booked three rooms. In one room AC was not working and the drainage also blocked. Food they bought from somewhere outside and supplied in the room which does not seem to be heiginic.

It’s a Basic room with ac. No lift. Good supportive staff. No water or soap or towels provided. Breakfast they given by purchasing from local mess and not they prepared

property is located very near to Main temple. service is good. staff very co operative. The only my observation is washroom cleanness needs more attention, otherwise overall worth for money

Nice set of people, location is close to office. Rooms are average. Power back up could be improved. Reception is cooperative.

We stayed here with a 2yo and booked two rooms 103 and 104 on the ground floor, hence few points will be based on that. Pros: location is few minutes walk from the north gate of the temple, which is closer to the 22kunds where we take bath and east gate from where we go for darshana. Service was great, they were able to provide us with anything that we asked for, be it last minute milk for baby or the cash as here most of the places as for cash and we weren't carrying the ATM, (better carry enough cash or ATM card). People at the desk were very cooperative. Food : they dont provide food in the hotel, but there is Brindavan Cafe which is again at a walking distance from here and served amazing food. Cons: the rooms cleanliness can be better, we cane accross few ants in our room. If you keep the door open there are mosquito too. Also at night the network in the room doesn't work hence you can struggle with the internet even the wifi could not reach to our room as it was far from the reception area. If room is closer to reception the wifi will work fine. Surprisingly morning the network issue is fine and we could use our own internet in our room. All in all it is a good option to travel to in the rate that they offer and if overlooked few things this place is highly recommended.

It wa a decent stay in close proximity of the temple. Walking distance from the sea as well as temple. You can wander around the main temple premises and shop, also quite a few good south indian food options nearby.
