OCEAN SANDS RESIDENCY

The property is located near agniteertham which-bis very close to the temple east gate. The interior was good and was clean. Expected better room service. We stayed 2 nights but no room cleaning, not even breakfast, tea is made available. Wi-fi range is not reachable inside the room. Overall i can say it was a good stay in terms of location, room, ac. Service needs improvement as mentioned.

This OCEAN SANDS RESIDENCY is conveniently located near Agnee Theertham and offers a stunning sea view. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The OCEAN SANDS RESIDENCY is well-maintained and kept very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. This was my second visit, and I always recommend this OCEAN SANDS RESIDENCY to my friends.

We have enjoyed the location and the staff discipline and reception. But we disappointed for not having a restaurant adjacent to it, hope to hear that the restaurant is available and the residents can be favored with complimentary breakfast and luch etc shortly

The owner soundarya is so supportive and understanding. Staff is so well behaved, courteous and smiling. Very genuine people, doesn't have 5 star facility but experience is for sure 5 star. 100metres from sana place to 200mtrs to the temple.

I had very short stay, but room was really good. The location is very near to beach and there is verandah where you can enjoy sea breeze during evening. Temple and dining options are walkable from OCEAN SANDS RESIDENCY

Beach front, clean and hygiene place, well managed. Abudeen and manikonda were helpful in checkin and exit. Thank you to mr chokalingam for his hospitality and guidance.

Good experience. Office staff - abin, manikandan& ramamoorthi were behaved very sincerely. Rooms maintained neatly. Try to attach a coffee shop in the premises.

Good location with ample car parking space. Food is not available in the premises. Rooms are maintained properly

The location is good ( near to agnitirtham, and parking is available whereas the room is average. The main drawback is OCEAN SANDS RESIDENCY entry entry is through common parking which is in bad shape and dirty.

Stayed for 2 days here. The owner and caretakers constantly inquire if we need anything. The site is good. Very close to temple

Neat and clean. Spacious room and polite staff. Excellent property and location. Ample space of parking and right at the shore of the sea. Loved it!
