Rooms are very clean . Bathrooms are good especially corners . No foul smell. Ac is working properly

Very nearby to Railway station and temple. But not kept clean, no floor mats even after multiple request. Front desk people were kind and polite. Only the cleaning has to be properly monitored

Hotel maintenance is below average. No hygiene inside the rooms, corridors and restaurant. Disappointed.

Stay was very comfortable. Varied choice of breakfast spread was available. Mr. Jenith from reception was extremely polite and accommodating. Room was spacious. Bathroom was clean. Definitely recommended.

The property is close to the railway station - in fact just a walkable distance, making it a convenient spot. But contrary to the expectations, the rooms, toilets and the overall amenities seemed lacking in maintenance and regular upkeep. Food, however, was commendable.

We checked in to this hotel & noticed that we doesnt have the bath towel but no phone was available in the room and i walked to the reception to inform the staff and i got it after one hr ... the room was below average & the food service was really bad esp the lime juice the only thing good about this hotel is their breakfast ... terrible stay better look alternatives

The property is well built. Rooms are furnished and properly invested. But staff needs to be more active, more responsible at what they do. I personally felt that, they don't see us as 'guests', rather we were just a 'booking' who uses their rooms for a day. There needs to be an internal shift in mindset of the staff. If this can be inculcated, then the property stands a chance to become one of the best in Rameswaram. The Curry - cafeteria was very untidy which made eating difficult. At most times, there was just one person who was running around billing, going to kitchen, listening to the complaints etc. Other staffs were missing. And I don't know why they kept three staffs at reception who were pretty jobless. The parkings were not managed properly, there was no coordination at all. While parking, I tried my level best to find a staff in the premises but could not find any. I was called out multiple times from the room to move the car based on their needs. Developing proper SOPs for each area may help in the better functioning of the hotel. I felt that the hotel is running in an adhoc manner.

Rooms are very neat and tidy...complimentary breakfast is not at all worthy, and restaurant staff taking too much time to get things ship and shape....rest overall wonderful experience
