Everything started off in an excellent manner- clean room, good service, etc.But mysteriously, towards the second day afternoon or the third day, the staff at the restaurant started ignoring me and concentrating only on my lady companion. in whose car I came.I am physically handicapped, a 62 year old lady who is still a research guude in a well- known university.I was the primary guest, booked online and settled all the bills.Still, the staff brought her oder only.It happened twice.They pretended that I had not placed the order.Even when checking out, the staff , like the ones at the restaurant, refused to look me in the face.I think they do not like refined people, only loud and uncouth ones like my companion with whom, naturally, I will not be travelling again.Whike I made no demands, she was the one who insited on having the bedclothes changed on the second day.Why do they treat frail people like me who walk with great difficulty with a stick in such an unpleasant manner, after paying through the nise for good service?I particularly was taken back by yhe behavious of the plump lserving lady at the restaurant

I had a wonderful experience. The Vinayaga by Poppys was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, neatly arranged, and had all the essential amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness. The location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The in-house dining was also impressive – the food was fresh, tasty, and served promptly

The property was quite beautiful and had excellent rooms with good room service. Ms Tamang, one of the Vinayaga by Poppys staff was very helpful and cheerful. We booked 5 standard rooms and got two rooms upgraded complimentary. The food and the buffet was delicious with a lot of tasty foods and also it was quite affordable.The only thing lacking was some facilities like a swimming pool and a gym. Rest for the price it was great

The Vinayaga by Poppys service was really good! The staff was polite and attentive throughout our stay. Food ordering was super quick and efficient, and everything we ordered was served hot and fresh. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. Overall, a smooth and serviceful experience — would definitely recommend!

Good experience. Comfortable location, good food, nice staff. My suggestion to the owner administrative staff is to use dryer machine along with washing machine for laundry so that ease of clean clothes will be more to customer especially in rainy weather.

Neat clean rooms, staff were really friendly, food was satisfying, just 5mins from main temple .. no room service between 10-7.30am .. only con was driver accommodation was full and my driver had to sleep in the car ..

Rooms are Good and Clean Food is Okay Not Excellent Hospitality To Improve. We had some issues where staff did not communicate properly to us. Tourism Staff very courteous. Overall Attitude of Staff to be Improved

A nice, clean and quiet Vinayaga by Poppys with extremely hospitable, courteous and efficient staff. The food is delicious and for a reasonable price too.

Excellent stay with great vegetarian Vinayaga by Poppys. Buffet service was cost effective. Room service was also good. Close proximity to railway station being an advantage.

Staff was kind and helpful. I recommend this place. Location is good aswell. The staff gave us an early checkin too when requested

The rooms were clean, service was prompt and location was great as well. The staff was polite but the BF menu was all south indian.
