JB RESIDENCY

I really liked JB Residency. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff were all very friendly. However, there is a temple very close to this residential complex. They play devotional songs there till 12 midnight. It was very loud and it was a bit of a problem for us.

JB residency is newly constructed hotel. Staff is very good and cooperative. But there is no food facility in hotel. Dr AP J Abdul kalam house near by approx 300 mtr ànd hotel parking is also neaby. It is away from crowd. Overhaul it is very Good🙏🏽

We were a group of 7 people stayed in four rooms at this hotel. The rooms were brand new, impeccably maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities, including toiletry kits, hot water, air conditioning, water heaters, coffee/tea sachets, and lockable cupboards. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is located near Kalam House, and Ramanathaswamy temple is nearly 600 meters away. It also offers dedicated parking spaces for vehicles. Breakfast option is also available. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Property was so good and rooms was very clean? Bcz of new property staying was very comfortable, well mentioned and very near by Abdul Kalam house , it’s only 3 or 4 minutes walkable distance, and temple is also very near . I want to give 5 star for this property

It's a residency property. They don't offer food. That's the only con. But their location if prime, near Rameshwaram temple. And closest to APJ Abdul Kalam House. Although it's a one way narrow road towards them. But they have parking area. They were very helpful and assisted with parking. Rooms were very well maintained and clean toilets. Good and clean bedding. Toiletries were also provided. So it's a great value for money option.

Experience is good, one of the best in class, can improve in food wise. Staff is friendly, geyser control should be available to travellers

Breakfast was very bad. room was comfortable but price was on higher side as per location and quality of services

Hotel has limited amenities but one can have pleasant stay. Bedroom was clean and service is good. Tea maker, Hot water etc available.

Hotel was ok type everywhere there are tiles in hotel make it very shiny, but location of hotel is in a crowdy street, parking is away from hotel but hotel staff helped us to carry our luggage over all it’s ok but no food option you have to order online

We had a peaceful stay at JB Residency. The staffs were very helpful and they helped with detailed information about the local sightseeing and details about the darshan process of Ramnathswamy temple. The place had a strong lemon fragrance which I found oddly pleasing. The place a squeaky clean and well maintained as its a new building.

The hotel is good but there are no food options available nearby.

The room was super clear and perfect for 3 person. Only in washroom clothe hanger should be keep in the other side not exactly above the commode. All stuffs are helpfull and room service was very good. Hotel owner himself very polite and understanding. Near to Rameshwaram temple only 600 meters.For me overall we loved the property. Surely will go next time as well and highly recommended.

It’s a very new property, ideally suited for shorter stay since no kitchen is attached yet. Also, location wise also it’s a bit isolated. The staff are brilliant- they make up for some lapses. They arrange the transport, suggests travel arrangements and even suggest good food joints etc. And for me they dropped me in the station and other places I visited.

Gote was clean and hygienic, located near the Rameshwaram temple. Staff was co-operative and accommodative to any specific requests. They had a cloth drying area which was good as you would generally have wet clothes after taking a dip in sea or Theerthkund.

Stayed with family and booked 3 rooms. The hotel is quite new and well maintained. Rooms were clean and adequately spacious. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was available, though it was located around 100 meters from the hotel. Pricing felt a bit on the higher side, but considering the overall experience, it was worth it. Good option for families looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

The overall experience was good, Service and stay was fantastic - The person Shabik hospitality was good.
