Review Of Royale Plaza Hotel

The staff service was very good and they were quite helpful throughout the stay. However, the room and bathroom were quite old and not well maintained, which affected the overall comfort. The location is convenient — just about a 10-minute walk from the railway station. Overall, it was an average experience.

Rooms were good, But lacked facilities like Dental kit, Grooming kit, soap was all missing, floor towels for wiping were missing also tea and complimentary breakfast was missed due to dry day

Found in rat given room, very bad ambience and room not well and given another room for this. Breakfast given bread and omelette only

No lift facility, old property, not worth to stay in a three star hotel with a payment. Not recommended for a family stay. It is a disappointment.

Reached there at 8. 20 pm, nobody is there in front office. 8. 50 pm only they came and allotted room room is not good, breakfast also not good. They have not provided the bill as per our policy we have to take bill from hotel, asking time

This hotel is very bad. Not hygienic, dirty curtain, bad floor, no proper maintenance peeling paints bad bathroom damaged switches and damaged bathroom materials very bad experience. Never experienced give my money back

No breakfast but charged for free buffet breakfast. Rooms were ok. Hotel receptionist didn’t make any arrangement. Had asked for taxi, it was also not arranged. Finally the watchman called as taxi for me

Very worst rooms

One off the worst hotel i ever stayed. No breakfast, issues with ac and the front desk has no answers. The restaurant is not operational and fit for any family. Such a horrible stay and i am surprised how can makemy trip promote such hotel. I feel i was misguided and cheated.

Paint was peeling off from the walls. Bathroom was bad. Saw spider and dead cockroach in the room.

Had a pleasant stay. Front office manager was very co operative and helpful.

They haven’t provided the accomodation and denied our entry. They completely cheated us!

Restaurant was under maintenance was a problem for dinner but they have arranged the complimentary breakfast that was very good. Intercom out of order and tv could not be made operational. Staff very friendly. Though bar attached no disturbance to the Hotel area. For the amount they are charging the facilities should have been better.

Everything was good in the Hotel and all the members of the Hotel were helpful

Stay was okay. Rooms were average. Food not available. No extra facilities. When I visited it seemed the place was being planned for renovation. Bathrooms smell of cigarettes. Non AC rooms have just one table fan and no ceiling fan. Overall an average stay but not for the price MMT offers

Not maintained at all. No staff for service. Not provided with Breakfast. No facility for food. TV not working. Leaking bathroom without even soap. No cleaning staff or room service. Had checked in at 8:30 pm in night and checked out at 10 am.
