I have worst experience in royal sultan bed is broken blanket is dirty toilet seat leakage staff behaviour is not good etc etc

Bathroom and rooms are very small and location is not good market is very far from market. Btw parking is good

Average hotel at remote place. Room service is very poor. Neither drinking water bottle nor towel provided. Maintenance is poor. Bathroom is found not proper cleaned. But site view is very good. Lidder river sound is pleasure.

Average rooms, hot water available, staff are very supportive. Ready to help you out anytime, feel like home, very comfortable atmosphere. Location is v good

No facilities, no time table, breakfast limited. Unprofessional, the facility in room is okay, but no facility by hotel.

Felt homely and secure. They bought food from else where and provided us as we were late at night. The arrangement for baisaran horse rides with view points was really enjoyable. Totally loved the stay

The staff won our hearts. They treated us just like their own people, guided us through without any selfish means. The rooms had beautiful view and very cozy feel. Beds were comfortable and had heaters to keep us warm. They also arranged bonfire for us(charges separately. Very pocket friendly and worth every penny. If you are looking for a comfortable and friendly stay must give it a try.

Wooden cottage with heated bed. Good views of mountain, close to shortcut pony path to baisaran meadow along thestream

I was in room no 106, beautiful mountain view from window specious room 24x 7 hot water small garden in fron of house where you can spend time under sky, enjoy barbeque nice and cooperative staff

Worth the money.

Can't reached there so we didn't stay there

Bed is not comfort bhatroom is line choke up light time 7 pm to 6 am only
