Poor hospitality, poor maintaining of rooms - insects walking arround in, Rigid staff , Putting charges in billings for things which not ordered, waited for 2 hours for breakfast,,,, still not served, swimming pool facility is very poor , no cleaning and water filter denied to run and insect in pool water. and Imp thing , tried multiple times to connect with hotel for making room upgrade before checking , they did not attend the call on registerd number of property. every visited was frustrated with service for checkout as soon entered in hotels see, MMT should take a experience as visiters.

Experience was really good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is also very helpful and supportive. Free breakfast is provided. Hotel has good parking space as well. Location is also good, there is no issues in cab booking and food deleiveries.

Extremely Disappointing Stay, My recent stay at this property was extremely unsatisfactory, with several promised amenities missing or non-functional. As per the booking , the following issues were encountered: 1. No Wi-Fi – Despite being listed as available. 2. No Parking Facility – Car had to be parked on the roadside. 3. Swimming Pool Unavailable – Reserved for private parties both evenings and mornings during my stay, not accessible to guests. 4. Poor Cleanliness – Rooms were inadequately cleaned. 5. No Hot Water – Basic necessity missing. 6. No Air Purifier – Although mentioned in amenities. 7. No Balcony – As in the listing. 8. Lighting Issues – Poorly lit room. 9. Non-Functional Restaurant – No in-house dining service. 10. Television Not Working – Completely non-functional. 11. Air Conditioner Ineffective , Did not cool properly. Additional Concerns: Food was sourced from outside, arriving cold after over an hour. Breakfast orders were served close to lunchtime. Frequent electricity issues; even the lift was non-operational. No complimentary drinking water provided – guests had to purchase bottled water from reception. Poor food quality, far below acceptable standards. Maintenance staff was overburdened and could not replace dirty, foul-smelling bed sheets. Overall Experience: Staying here was not relaxing. The property failed to deliver even basic hospitality.

Quick overnight stay. Staff is quick to deliver. The place is not at all welcoming. Food is good. Cleanliness needs a lot of attention. Smelly bathrooms, rooms. Dirty linen. Dim lights. Insects. Dripping taps/faucets. Spilled-over table cloth. And what not.

It's a marriage garden no facility's. No staff. No maintenance

Just stayed overnight. Breakfast doesn't have any variety or option. Bathroom quality was also not good.

If you only want to stay than this is ok

I used this for a quick overnight stay. The staff at the hotel was very good. They helped me source some medicines I needed very quickly. The breakfast was good albeit standard. And the quantity was ample. The property has good lawns for soaking in some sun. The place is quiet and quite close to NH48. The room was clean with basic amenities. I may try it again next time I need a place to anchor myself for an overnight.
