Nice stay with family... wonderful staff...and food is good... recommend this place...The location of the place is also good...near to eco park. ..

Location - Very near to both the Eco park ( Walking distance ) Service of the hotel - Very prompt Food - food quality is good. food was awesome with minimal rate. property - Property is good with a view of pine trees however it is not a new property but managed somehow. I would say good budget property. The manager has good behaviour.

Rock resort was definitely a good place to stay. Very friendly staff and manager. A beautiful place to stay. Food was also good.

I have a pleasant stay at rock resort. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is pleasant, with easy access to nearby attractions. Room service is prompt, and the food quality is good. Overall, a great experience and i would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Stupid hotel/no communication. No talking sense . Very rude staff. Manager don't have manners how to talk. Recommended don' t go there.

This is one of the best hotel in the location.Location wise perfect near eco Park.Rooms are quite spacious and amenities are good. Now the best part is the food.It is awesome taste wise and price wise in the budget. Not to forget the behaviour of the staff , They are very polite and at your service at all times. Overall I was very satisfied and I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The location of our cottage was at the edge of the property with great scenic view. Awesome service on door with food which you can enjoy in room. Great behaviour from staff and owner, must recommended for any travellers. Tip: when travel-ling in winters, do take the room heater rent because it gets too cold.

location of property is not as expected....manager of property was not co- coperative as he should be according to the resort...they were like if we are staying there we feel they are doing some of kind favour with us, also room are not good enough..very small in size, actually whole resort was empty but they gave us smallest room among the all.yes food was good

Rock resort is situated well in the center of dhanaulti in between both eco parks. Surkanda devi temple is 5kms. Room was fine however the blankets and towels were not well cleaned. The toilet was spacious and clean. Food was good and cheap. One can book this resort if planning for a day stay if you are fine and compromise on cleanliness a bit!

Location, food and services are excellent. Rooms are small and humid but outside area is fabulous. Overall decent stay.

Rooms were not clean and food was also not up to the mark , music in the hotel premises is extremely loud and its very difficult to have conversations in the room.

Amazing cottages at a wonderful location. Outdoor seating was available in front of each cottage. The food was delicious and the staff was very supportive.

Good location, not having a good view. Its a resort kind, so individual cottages. Room service is very quick and food quality is very good. Adventure activities shown in pictures is not operational.

Location wise it's very good. Service personals were very much cordial and attentive. In case of food, veg items were good enough, but the nonveg items were not palatable. Only thing they could not provide us clean bed, electric kettle etc. Which are very essential in cold weather conditions, and stay satisfactorily.

I chose rock resort after loads of research and reading many reviews. The main standout for me was the personal message and response that the management gave to each review even if it was bad, with justification and facts. Hence i chose it and my choice came out to be right. Its a sweet little open area gives you a feeling of homestay, the service is quite good, and they are gracious to own mistales if any. Want to mention rakesh ji the manager there he ah d been very supportive and extended his support for us, arranging our sightseeing, addressing any issues and taking action immediately. The food was equally good. Service was prompt, we did not have to wait much. All items we ordered were tasty. Even if the cook did not know the recipe or taste but tried to churn out tasty food for example the american chopsuey. All in all it was a memorable experience and we truly enjoyed our stay at rock resort.

It was a great experience. Very gentle host and well disciplined staff. Situated on main road with parking. View and weather wise, dhanaulti is itself a heaven, on 12 june, it was 8 degree in night.

Very worst behavior of staff even reception manager listed facilities not available in hotel and denied to provide they are agreed on paid basis this is not acceptable very worst
