My Review is based on my stay on 16th Mar’25. It was Extremely disappointing stay! The images on travel sites were misleading, as the property is currently under maintenance. Unfortunately, this meant no cleaning or room service was available. To make matters worse, the food was subpar. Would not recommend until significant improvements are made. Also should ban such properties to book through their sites. 😡😡🤬

I saw reviews on various platforms about this property and thought its a 3 star hotel, but to my surprise it lacked even basic amenities like dental kits, heater, iron pathetic food but too expensive... in fact I had stayed at sun n snow mussorie which was also a 3 star hotel but the services were really good and we felt a stark difference in viewtoria... in sun n snow staff was so cordial and here none ensured our comfortable stay. we were even charged for water bottles... which was not the case with sun n snow. Only good thing about the property is it's location and views but u will get many hotels with similar views with much better hospitality.

We got quick pickup and drop, rooms were clean and food was tasty, staff was friendly. It's on a great location.

Best view and food was amazing with best hospitality. Property owner is great personality with very helpful l nature.

Perfect place for enjoying a family time together with valley view of dhanaulti

The property is located on the main road with ample parking space. The look and feel of the resort is very lavish. There is a lot of space to sit around. Common area is well maintained. Owner is very humble and staff is very supportive. We as a group of 3 friends enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to others as well.

Everything was at par. Be it view, food, hospitality and bonfire sitting. The owner was available throughout to help!

The property was really nice and in a very good location with dedicated car parking (which was a plus point when we visited. The staff and the owner were also super friendly and served us really good and tasty food.

It was a great stay. We met the owner of the resort they are very good in nature. The staffs were supportive. The food was good. We have a wonderful experience.

Myself and my wife being avid travelers just visited dhanaulti. We stayed at the viewtoria resort for two days. I really want to share my genuine feelings regarding the resort. As you enter, the beautiful garden with smiling flowers welcome you to the beautifully decorated reception area with retro theme. Lt automatically calms your nerves. The food, the ambience, the view, the service everything is just perfect. You might get all these in any five star hotels too. What sets them apart and above is the personal care and warmth with which they attend to each and every guest. I literally forgot that it's a resort. Just felt like we had gone to our elder bhaiya bhabi's house. You will feel so relaxed and loved during your stay. It's truly said money can't buy everything.

Visited from 14th to 16th of april for a quick getaway from delhi. Reached dhanaulti at 3pm after 8 hour drive from delhi. Viewtoria is right in the middle of this small town and views from the hotel was great. And the hotel room name was kept based on the view from the room. Hotel is above average with great location

Such a room should be available for 1. 5k per night but through mmt we paid 4. 5k per night. I won't recommend. Reviews are false

This place is at very good location. Good for people who love peace. Very near to e co park and 15 minutes drive to surkanda devi temple. Amazing view from family room. We stayed here for one night. Generally people don’t stay at dhanolti but i would recommend at least a night’s stay here. Staff and owner mr. Naresh were very courteous. Food was good if not excellent. Rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained.

Don't rely on the complementary breakfast. We had to eat out even after paying for bf. The food is too expensive and tasteless.

Over all the best experience with nice food and hospitality, staff is very polite and helping, view is good from room.

Food was ok but very costly, bathrooms was clean but some issue of water in morning

The location was pretty good. But i didn't like their food n breakfast. For services in the rooms are also delayed. But the staff was cordial. And the money was not worth it as per their services.
