    I had a horrible stay at RM Regency.

    When I checked in, a cockroach welcomed me in the room. There were no basic amenities like soap, toothbrush, or even drinking water. Only after requesting, I was given a single bottle of water. I had booked the stay with breakfast included, but the hotel informed me at the counter that they don’t provide breakfast. The next morning, they reimbursed the amount, but the inconvenience had already spoiled the experience. Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
