Food is good but rooms are poor like there are no cleanness, In one room there is no tv,,we don't get hot water after complaining many times,no landline phone working,in one room jet spray not working , overall experience is poor

Renovation was going on. No good towels and bed sheets. AC wasn’t good enough. Dust because of renovation and swimming pool was closed.

Very Poor Hotel and Service, No water in the Room But Hotel Food is Good, cleaning the washroom is Not properly

The hotel is in a shady condition it is more appropriate as a marriage lawn then a hotel or so called resort. The dont have hot running water, the whole hotel needs renovations which they are trying to complete while hosting guest. The toilet seats have stains which is utterly unhygenic and the food in the restaurant doesnt have taste

Very bad experience I received in photo hotel and rooms looking different but actually it is very horrible. Room is very messy and bathroom condition is very bad. I left hotel with in half an hour and raised for refund but still not received any response

It was terrible - we don't stay. Not at all happy with makemytrip on this recommendations.

It is the worst worst hotel stay ever ever. broken doors, broken walls, smelly rooms, dirty beds, horrible bathrooms.

Room got locked and I was with my family with my small child, when we were going to check out, I tried to open the door but somehow it was locked and tried everything to open it but it didn’t open then the hotel staff tried to break the door and knocking it with the hammer. After they broke the lock and the door opened it was really frustrating for me and my wife my small baby got really scared as well. The room was almost locked for 3 hours and door was opened by my other friend who was staying in next door.Have also got proof of that with photos.

Location is very good,Food is awesome ,Amenities are perfect but I would like to tell service is not that good like they dont provide perfect information.

Makemytrip booked this room but when we reached there hotel was already full. We did-not get room and we did-not stayed there. Hotel people arranged another room by charging us extra and room was terrible m. We didn't stay there. I request makemytrip trip to arrange refund of the same. How come they booked room at hotel which was already full.

Location is good, nearby to the industries around it. Mostly inhibited by visiting personal to industries. There was a party going on in 1st floor music was loud, hence i requested for change. The manager allocated a cottage which is seperate.

Hotel service is bad. If you order something plates water the service is very delay

the hotel is much better than expectations i will recommend others to visit this hotel. hotel premises are hygienic and. food is delicious , i enjoy it a lot in the pool too🙈

Location and outside view was good, but property is maintained properly. Room size was also smaller. The timing of opening of resturant is 7. 30 am and no arrangement of tea was provided in room. However food both non veg and veg was very good. Breakfast was also nicely cooked.

No holder for bath towels no holder for soap n shampoo intercom not working to communicate with the management no greaser for hot water, still using bucket heater to get hot water

Worst place to stay , pathetic management, pathetic rooms , full unhygiene , don’t stay here ……………..
