Hi One of the worsest hotel in Trivandrum No air-condition No more cleaning in the room No mineral water pipe water they are filling and supplying we are ready to move to Cocstumer care department about the hotel and same as MAKEMYTRIP. NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM MAKEMYTRIP VERY BAD....

I booked two rooms yesterday for a family of five consisting of my brother, his wife and their family. They arrived at half past midnight and got only one room. Even the health of the sister who came for treatment at r cc was very bad and her condition was very bad as she had to sleep with one extra bed at night. Feel very bad

I had a very pleasant stay in this property. I had a doubt about parking. But they have very ample parking space. Rooms are neat. Also we can order food through swiggy or zomato. No restriction in that. Very helpful staffs.

Compact rooms, neat n clean new property one who look for comfort stay at very reasonable price this hotel is best. Very helpful at front fesk staff especially the security staff. I felt comfort for my short visit

Hotel is located next to nh. However, the hotel has no closed parking area and vehicle has to be parked in open space next to premium bar which is located adjacent to the hotel. Also cost of online booking is much higher than counter booking. Nearly 15 % difference. No restaurants only stay.
