I stayed one night at Brezza Homes, Kulathur. The property and surroundings are clean, and the rooms and toilets were well maintained. Location is easy to access as per Google Maps, and basic amenities like AC, water bottle, TV, chair + table, and minimal toiletries were provided. Staff was also available for a late check-in, which was convenient.
That said, the stay was far from comfortable. The room is extremely small (around 66 sqft) with just a double bed and almost no space to walk around. It honestly felt similar to the sleeping pod stay concept you find in Mumbai or Bangalore, which may not be ideal for everyone. There was no hot water connection in the shower, and the ironing facilities mentioned were not available in the room. The staff, while responsive to calls, was quite unfriendly in person and made the experience uncomfortable. Check-in took unnecessarily long despite my very late arrival, which was frustrating. Wi-Fi details were also not shared during check-in, and since mobile network inside the property was very poor, it made things difficult. Additionally, the blue cushion covers provided were not washed properly and had an off smell, which was unpleasant.
Overall, the property scores for its cleanliness and location, but the lack of comfort, poor hospitality, and missing amenities bring it down. Not something I would recommend unless you only need a very short, basic stay.
