good ambience nice service food is delicious and management is so kind and helpful good place to chill in jungle.

The restaurant and the waiters were excellent, as were the rooms. The problem was at the reception: the guy there tried in every way to make our stay more difficult, and in the end asked us for 1000 rupees just because the safari picked us up at the hotel. So I recommend asking for all costs in advance and not paying any “extra fees” they make up. For the safari, go directly to the Turia Gate in the morning instead of booking through them. Also, every time I tried to ask for explanations at the reception, the guy would start talking on the phone — even when we told him we were in a hurry.

Apart from food services, everything else was good. Property was small but decent. Overall it was a good stay but services related to food was below expectation.

Service of this resort is amazing. Waiters are very helpful and have amazing behaviour. but I don't like one thing they arrange cab for me it was too much costly.... because they know ola and uber is not there.

This is an amazing property. Beautiful cottages with great sit out areas, beautiful restaurant and very polite and courteous staff. Food, including tea was great. Will definitely come back and will highly recommend.

We have booked 1 room for 3 with extra mattress. After 11pm there was no one to provide extra mattress and blankets. No landline phones in room no one attended our call when we were calling from mobile no one attended our call. No one was there in reception entire night. There was a cat in the room did potty and urine on our bed ! pathetic!

The stay was nice, the property is clean and maintained. You can find restaurants and other tourist spots nearby.

Pench wilderness camp has a very different charm than the regular resorts. The vibe is very homely and the staff is very courteous. The owner dr. Shiva also take special interest in interacting with the guests and making sure everything is alright.
