We appreciate honest feedback—and regret that your expectations weren’t met. 🧼 Our Acknowledgment & Apology Property condition & pool cleanliness – We agree this is unacceptable. We’re conducting immediate maintenance and enhancing our pool cleaning schedule. Poor service & tea issue – Charging ₹50 for a delayed, underfilled cup is not our standard. Staff have been retrained to prioritize timely, correct servings. Insufficient water & missing amenities – Guests should receive four 500 ml bottles for a 4‑person room, plus dental and shaving kits. We’ve updated inventory procedures to ensure reliability. Food quality (uncooked Jeera Aloo) & pricing – Our kitchen team is revisiting recipes and portion controls, and menu pricing is being benchmarked to ensure value. I deeply apologize that your stay felt like “torture.” That’s the opposite of what we strive for. ✅ Our Immediate & Long-Term Actions Retraining team members to prioritize guest requests and maintain consistent service standards. Instituting stricter pre-arrival checklists to verify supplies.
