Overall, my stay at the hotel was pretty average. Out of the three rooms we booked, one had major issues—the bathroom had poor water flow and it wasn’t properly cleaned. Even after raising the concern, nobody really responded or tried to fix the problem.
Also, during check-in, the hotel seemed severely understaffed. No one was available to help with luggage, so I had to manage everything myself. There was a long queue and I ended up waiting around 20 minutes to get the keys. That part was still manageable, but not ideally a concern.
On the brighter side, one of the rooms was clean and well-maintained, which was a bit of a relief. The food at the hotel was surprisingly good—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. That said, the service was quite slow, so even a good meal came with a wait.
All in all, it wasn’t an average experience but it definitely could have been a lot better if the basic room standards were met and the availability of the staff.
