I had a pleasant experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. The food was delicious with good variety and quality, making dining enjoyable. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which added greatly to the overall positive experience.

We were on our business trip. The staff at arrival gate and at lobby are very friendly and caring. The check in was smooth. Our luggage was kept in our room instantly. The staff and service is a plus for the hotel, but the hotel is very old and needs renovation. There is a smell of dampness in the rooms. The marbles in the washroom needs to be polished &needs instant attention. Overall you have better options in this price range.

Stay was good. Due to my faulty booked the hotel for wrong dates. The hotel was accommodating and upgraded by room without any extra cost.

The stay in hotel was fine. Rooms were neat and clean to perfection. The staff was nicely courteous. Food was not of the quality we expect in punjabi heartland . Some stale and night leftovers were also being served

Pathetic, the rooms are badly maintained, washrooms are dirty, staff is unprofessional, dirty bed linen, faulty lights, frequent power cuts, denied mineral water, no iron in the room
