very bad breakfast, lacks basic things in room. staff very cruel to animals( cat got in the premises, staff was very cruel

There was too much noise. I have to booked tge hotel for spend the time with my love but there was to much noise so much disturbance and there was no buffet at breakfast just a aloo prantha's to eat and tea i m not satisfied.

Clean, decent and nice property. Close to station and also located at a good area. Rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were okay but they initially refused that i had a confirmed booking. They also did not extend any time of checking out

The hotel is very short staffed, missing basic amenities, very poor services. No utilities in the wash area.

Charges are over expectations of everything dont want to loose so much money on one stay i spent 5000 for no reason

Best hotel to stay in jalandhar it was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

No towels in the, water bottles too gave after call, food seems over priced. Rest rooms are ok but bed sheets were not clean, there were spots.

I have stayed there for one night with my family. Pros-reachability, open area, cleanliness. Cons- highly expensive for a 3 star property. They charged 320 plus taxes for 2 boiled eggs. Probably they must be making their own eggs, variety in breakfast is very poor. I had booked room along with breakfast. However buffet breakfast was not there and most of the things were not available from the menu. One bowl of daliya was for rs 350 plus taxes and that too without any dry fruits. Verdict- not worth. You might get better hotels at this price with much better variety and reasonable price as well.

Staff was coperative, however our stay was very short. Rooms are very spacious. Very nice open space outside

The property is beautiful and the staff is also really good. The lobby is reallyyyyyy amazing and the room is pretty decent.

The room service is very bad washroom did not have basic toiletries and had to ask for everything all the time the washroom was smelly all the time and didnot have enough towels for two people. No thank you

It was a great stay. Everything was perfect. Staff was good. The rooms were very clean nd they maintained their standard. Having great parking is also a plus point which regent park is better then other hotels.
