Hotel staff is not supportive, i have to take my luggage also by own from room to hotel entrance and hotel entrance to room. Also manager not supportive in requirement of things for tea, breakfast and bedsheet also

I really liked the location but I feel it was overpriced as compared to the services and room. The room did not have clean bedsheets. I could see dust everywhere as it has never been used in ages. Receptionist kept our license until we gave them keys which was not acceptable at all.
