Too good ,quite & clean ,comfort -food good near by Bus stand & Rly Station

The clean room good room service and food are also delicious. All services are excellent.

Was a balanced experience for the stay between good and bad pointers for the hotel. Firstly the food provided t their restaurant was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfy, amenities were present as of standard. Finaly staff members were well mannered. Things which which out you off is the location (alley) at which hotel is present. Rates at which restaurant works is a bit on the higher side.

Neet and clean room. Food was also so good

Room was very small, only one can be adjusted. Lots of mosquitoes are there. Ac was not working properly. There was no toiletries(toothbrush and toothpaste. There was no proper light on dressing mirror. Buffet ac was not working.

Bed sheet not clean.

Terrible experience

It was a nice stay at hotel grand horizon, staff was also very nice. Food was also good. I spent 1 night at the hotel and it was a good experience.

Hotel room is so beutifull and neat and clean very comfortable stay

Geyser was not installed and staff was requested for providing hot water in. Morning for bath no hot water was available in tap.
