Food was good but options were less.... Also for food it's me whom request them to provide me in room..... Yeah I agreed I pay for breakfast buffet but if I request breakfast in room.....for that I need to pay seperately, order that ....it's fussy to me..... Also about washroom curtain its not that good.... Nobody visit to my room with me at the time of check-in to keep me understand the things or TV not working..... Contact number confusing for landline am calling at house keeping it's goes to reception.... Small things makes big impression. Please keep a check on that.

Rooms were not clean as per basic standards. Leakage in washroom. Tv was broken. Rusty water heater kettle, asked to change it but not done. No room heating facility. Water eating system slow. Availability of options of food as mentioned on menu is limited. Most of te options not available.

Good Stay
The room given to us had no view. It's obvious the rooms are somewhat old. But they keep them clean. The only issue we had is as there us nothing to dry your feet returning from bathroom even the room gets wet somewhat. The breakfast is tasty, and enough verity is there. The staff in the restaurant, reception and even the security officer in the front are very good and helpful. If they renovated the rooms, this would be an excellent hotel.

The hotel is located very close to city centre, everything is just a walk away from its location, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, hotel staff is very courteous. The rates are affordable.
