Hotel service is average. When i was entered the room in red petal room is not clean and slipper and dental kit was not available.

Terrible Stay
We booked a room of 3 people [2 deluxe bed ] in one room we clearly asked on call that we want extra bed not mattress and they said okay we'll provide as we booked a month before a big charges was applied and after we reached at hotel mattress was provided our member leaved us because of it and stayed away at other hotel and when we complain and asked for refund they refused us

Hotel property is old but managed good. Their food is delicious. But limited breakfast option. Room is spacious. Hotel is clean. Overall good experience.

Horrific experience
The room allotted to me wasn't prepared for the next guest. Absolutely dirty. The washroom was in a pathetic condition. Later i discovered that there were rats in the room.

soloRooms are so specious, neat and clean. Facility in room like tea kettle, ac, tv, etc. Are so nice too. Thanks to treebo for making my holiday enjoyable. One thing can be improved that is cleanness in the hotel stairs. Jama masjid dargah imam nasir is very near to the hotel.

solothere is very beautiful temple by the name Shiv mandir near the hotel, I got free wifi to use. rooms were clean. The part which was not good was the breakfast, there was no buffet.
