Review Of Hotel Downtown

Room is very bad condition no any facility no any service for this hotel vestage of money its not good experience

Very noisy, we have suffered a lot of dj noises even on midnight, children were crying for sleep, no hot water available for shower.

Poor luggage drop service. Bed was not clean. Poor room. Bathroom kit was not given. Very disappointed. Fare was damn high as hotel quality and service.

Tv not working, telephone not working, service is very slow , feel not comfortable

Everything is terribel as hygiene safety i havnt ordered food so not descripting about food

lobby & Reception looks good& huge ,but they dont have a bell boy, cleanness very poor mop bucket laying in front of ur room in corridor can see dust every where,tv isn't working, cockroach r giving u company in bathroom, bathroom door handle is missing;;;

It was a terrible experience staying at downtown, very unprofessional staff and hospitality. Staff is randomly visiting the room without knocking the room which was highly unprofessional. I just checked out the moment it happened. Will never visit this hotel again.

There is no proper facilities in room and food and beverage meal are not well there is comparison of allotted room not as per booking unhygienic room and hotel. Worst hotel in my life i have ever seen

Rooms are stinky and bedsheets are shredded. Not even feel hygienic at all. I paid away more than that. House keeping staffs are not professionals at all. They don’t do

First think the room was hygienic, they put an bucket below the wash besin to collect all the hand wash water and other Second when i enter in the room i found that the room is not as per offer on image It's very small and dusty too. Bedsheets was not properly clean and pillow was smiley. In the breakfast the offered only the pratha apart of pratha there is nothing. I think that we are not accepting

I am a very old customer of your hotel. Did not had a chance good experience with your hotel whom i used to blindly trust. But i find lot of deterioration has happened

Room condition is very bad, hotel service is also poor and no parking facilities available.

Entire hotel was smelling so bad and hotel floor was d upped with cigarette smell. Room was so smelly, and not clean and hygienic at all. Washroom was so bad and not maintained at all. There was fungus in the washroom. Electric kettle was not clean at all and tea & coffee case was not clean e at all. It was hard to sleep in the re-em due to the smell. Worst hotel i have experienced so far in my life.

There were bed bugs on the bed all over, pillow covers torn, was not house kept before providing room to us, was badly stinking with smoking smell. Unclean washrooms and the entire room, disconnected landline cords (were broken), no way of contacting the room service while u r in a room. Worst ever experience in downtown. Please dont visit.
