Pathetic hotel they have charged with meal and later denied the meal have to search for meal at night rooms are so dirty and unhygienic, totally nightmare

This hotel is located at 1st floor no lift very difficult to transfer luggage, room is too small.

Need to be more clean rooms, towels, bed sheets
My AC was switched off in morning Around 5 am, I felt warm so I wake up and See that AC was off. I ask person, he said that AC is running through out night so to save electricity and to give rest to AC, he switched off it. I worked in day and come to hotel at 8-9 Pm. And left hotel at 10 am. Full day, AC was off.
