Review Of The Royal Court Hotel & Spa

Rooms are small . Cleanning issue . Washroom is not good . only best thing is location . thats why i book this hotel .

The food is very costly. On the first day after reaching the hotel we were made to sit for almost half an hour because the room was not ready. The room was very small it was not like a deluxe room there was no bucket and mug and the room was very suffocating there was no balcony attached.

Hotel location is good ,10 min to Railway station well connected , neat and clean rooms , also has resurant ,

The room was spacious and clean. The staff is very good and helpful. Location is very good. It's located in the market area and ample of food options both in-house and at a walkable distance. Overall it's a value of money.

WORST stay in my life ever. Never ever consider this stay. They gave us super smelly rooms and reception staff was so rude. Even bathrooms were dirty. Not worth it at all.

service and basic amenities like cutlery and plates not served to the room and beds position not well settled in a room even we can't feel ac on the bed due to bed position is not upto mark .

The Royal Court Hotel & Spa in Jalandhar has a beautiful balance between price & facilities provided by the hotel. The food is tasty and the ambience is awesome. It is centrally located within the city. The service & behaviour provided by the staff is very prompt & courteous.

Their delux room has a smell with a broken walls, so I upgraded to executive. Staff were really nice but they can do better on amenities.
